Certain things make me angry, mostly having to do with unfairness or injustice. Whatever the cause, the point I want to make is that anger for any reason can’t be good for us. Anger doesn’t feel good and it soon evolves into other feelings that don’t feel good either. Resentment, guilt, and hatred.
Our bodies replace millions of cells every second. What are the consequences if those cells are manufactured under the duress of ugliness within us? What is the makeup of our selves if we harbor intense negative feelings during our re-creation?
I guess the point is, at least for me, that anger is born from a choice to be judgmental. If we allow things to be, without judgement, we don’t allow them to negatively affect us.
This is an instrumental/post-rock track from Hammock that will definitely take you to a place of peace.
