Hammock Style was released in 1998 and Ganger disbanded soon after. The album, while over a decade old, is still a relevant Post-Rock/Alternative record. The tracks are predominantly guitar and percussion, with some almost discernible vocals mixed in to add to background texture. I detected influences from Sonic Youth in many of the tracks, absent their signature off key, grating vocals. There is some experimentation with melody and timing, but overall, this is a good guitar driven, rock record.
