The Swiss four piece was formed in 2010 and this is their first studio album. It’s a wonderfully performed, emotional post-rock tapestry of sad, soothing sounds woven with explosive protestations and defiance. The music could be a metaphor for the band’s namesake, a nuclear plant which released up to 100 tons of nuclear waste in the late 1950’s. It’s listed as the third worst nuclear disaster in history.
