Arctic Monkeys released their first album, “Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not” in 2006. It was hard guitar driven, percussive, rock and roll reborn. Subsequent releases revealed a band unequipped to handle their instantaneous fame. They went from rockers to alternative dance wannabes. Contrary to some reviewers who say they remain the hipsters the band looks down upon, the latest record, AM, is raw and slick. They’ve grown up and they’re back.
